Working concentration
Enter a number to set the working concentration for an individual step in the concentration sequence. The system assumes the unit of the working concentration to be the same as the unit used for the concentration of the stock solution.
Tip: Use the context menu or the Creatable elements pane to add additional working concentrations as you require.
The working concentrations you enter are internally associated with consecutively numbered steps starting with '1'.
Important: If the value you enter here for the first sequence step differs from values implied by the predilution factors of this preparation scheme and the concentration settings of referencing assay elements, the analysis uses the value you enter here, and the system returns a warning message and provides the discrepancy as Implicit factor in reports.
