Test: Response at effective concentration

Add one or several tests for the response at effective concentration to your assay. To add the tests as assay suitability tests, add them as children of the Assay suitability tests element. To add the tests as sample suitability tests, add them as children of the Sample suitability tests element.

This test uses the effective concentration, which results from the regression fit, to determine a response value for the percentile you specify.

Transformed values are used if a response transformation has been configured. In this case, the regression fit is based on the transformed response. The calculation first determines the transformed response for the effective concentration and then reverses the transformation to receive an untransformed response value.

To pass the test, the response at effective concentration has to be greater than or equal to the lower margin set in the test definition and less than or equal to the upper margin.
