Data import
Use data acquisition and data import add-ons to import external response values and observation data into PLA 3.0 for further processing and evaluation.
You can import data from external data sources such as plate reader software and FACS instruments or external data formats such as *.csv or *.txt files. PLA 3.0 imports the values with traceability information (time stamp of the acquisition, the user who acquired the data, and original value), details about the source file, and the add-on used.
Data acquisition
When you acquire data from an external system, you import response values into existing PLA 3.0 documents.
Which type of data do you want to acquire? | Which add-on do you need? |
---|---|
Data from Cytiva Biacore™ files (Control Software or Evaluation software) |
|
Data from Gen5™ experiment (*.xpt) files |
|
Data from generic Excel files (*.xls and *.xlsx), independent from the device you are using |
|
Data from Molecular Devices' SoftMax® Pro PDA and EDA files |
|
Data from Molecular Devices' SoftMax® Pro XML files |
|
Data from Molecular Devices' SoftMax® Pro XML files with digital signatures |
|
Data from Tecan Magellan™ workspace (*.wsp) files |
|
Data from Tecan Magellan™ (Automation) workspace files or method files |
|
Data from generic text and CSV files, independent from the device you are using |
Data import
When you import data from an external system, PLA 3.0 automatically creates new documents to hold the imported values.
PLA 3.0 supports the following import format, provided as add-on:
Which type of data do you want to import? | Which add-on do you need? |
---|---|
Assay data from Tecan Magellan™ reader control software, created with the bioMérieux ENDOLISA®, ENDOZYME® II GO, or ENDOZYME® II GO STRIPS assay kits |
Tecan Magellan™ Import Module for bioMérieux Endotoxin Detection Assays |
