Tecan Magellan™ Import Module for bioMérieux Endotoxin Detection Assays

Use the Tecan Magellan™ Import Module for bioMérieux Endotoxin Detection Assays to import assay data from Tecan Magellan™ reader control software into PLA 3.0.

Note: Using the import module requires basic knowledge of the Tecan Magellan™ reader control software.

Introduction

The Tecan Magellan™ Import Module for bioMérieux Endotoxin Detection Assays add-on, in combination with the bioMérieux Endotoxin Detection Assay Package, supports you in analyzing assays created with the bioMérieux ENDOLISA®, ENDOZYME® II GO, and ENDOZYME® II GO STRIPS assay kits.

To create the assay data you want to analyze with PLA 3.0, start by using one of the supported bioMérieux assay kits alongside a Tecan Magellan™ reader control software. The assay kit you use determines your assay layout.

Next, import the assay data into PLA 3.0 using the Tecan Magellan™ Import Module for bioMérieux Endotoxin Detection Assays. This step requires a template. You can use one of the templates provided by the bioMérieux Endotoxin Detection Assay Package or create your own template.

After the data is successfully imported, you can analyze it using the dashboard and reports of the bioMérieux endotoxin detection assay document type provided by the bioMérieux Endotoxin Detection Assay Package.
