Test: Effective concentration

Add one or several tests for the effective concentration to your assay. The test definition allows you to set the EC percentile for which the interpolated response value is to be tested. The default is 50. To add the tests as assay suitability tests, add them as children of the Assay suitability tests element. To add the tests as sample suitability tests, add them as children of the Sample suitability tests element.

To pass the test, the interpolated response value of the EC percentile has to be greater than or equal to the lower margin set in the test definition and less than or equal to the upper margin.
