Test: Interval of interpolation
Add one or several tests for the interval of interpolation to your assay. This test is for assay elements that have a single-dose preparation scheme. To add the tests as assay suitability tests, add them as children of the Assay suitability tests element. To add the tests as sample suitability tests, add them as children of the Sample suitability tests element.
The interval of interpolation is determined as follows: The system interpolates a value for each individual replicate. The interval of interpolation is defined by the minimal and the maximal interpolation value for a single assay element (sample).
To pass the test, the minimal interpolation value has to be greater than or equal to the lower margin set in the test definition, and the maximal interpolation value has to be less than or equal to the upper margin.
