Test: Recovery rate

Add one or several tests for the recovery rate to your assay. To add the tests as assay suitability tests, add them as children of the Assay suitability tests element. To add the tests as sample suitability tests, add them as children of the Sample suitability tests element.

This test uses the recovery rate, which is defined as the quotient of the previously determined absolute concentration divided by the stated absolute concentration and is expressed as a percentage.

To pass the test, the recovery rate has to be greater than or equal to the lower margin set in the test definition and less than or equal to the upper margin.
