Setup

This section allows you to set up this assay. It provides the following features:

Assay elements

Details all assay elements, that is, Standard sample, Test samples, and Control samples.

Preparation schemes

Defines preparation schemes, which include the dilution sequences (in multi-dose schemes), number of replicates per sequence step, and predilution factors of assay elements.

Report groups

Use report groups to combine assay elements for calculating an average, performing regression analysis, displaying them in overlay plots, and printing them next to each other in reports.

Observation data

Sets up the data table displayed in the Observations editor. The table is created automatically based on the information you provide on assay elements and preparation schemes. But you can add or delete data columns such as the well ID and position factor columns.
