Predilution factors
Select this option if you want to provide predilution factors directly. To add a predilution factor, double-click the Predilution factor element in the Creatable elements pane.
When the assays are analyzed, a final predilution factor is calculated by multiplying all predilution factors entered here.
Note: Predilution factors are considered after relative potency is calculated. They do not enter the calculation for model fit.
