Model: 4-parameter logistic fit
Uses the 4-parameter logistic fit regression model to estimate relative potency.
The model is defined by the following equation:
Tip: Use the Include control line option from the context menu or Creatable elements pane to add a previously defined Control line to your regression model. The values of the Control line are then used to calculate the upper or lower margin.
Select a different model from the drop-down list if you require.
