Enter day 3 observation data
Enter and evaluate the observation data recorded on the third study day. This run completes the series of quantitative response assay results used in the routine analysis workflow.
Before you begin
Procedure
To enter the observation data of the third day:
- In the Navigator, open the third Quantitative response assay document.
- In the By Position editor, select Response as the primary display factor.

Copy and paste the following values. Leave the rest of the wells empty.

Calculate the assay and evaluate the results:

On the action bar, select
Calculate.
