Create new document

Opens the Create a new document dialog, where you can create new documents from scratch or using a template.

Create new folder

Create a new folder as subfolder of the currently selected folder.

Create new document from template

Creates a new document based on the currently open template.

Open selected document(s)

Opens all documents currently selected in the Navigator.

Open document(s)

Opens the Select document attribute dialog, where you can enter a document key or title and use an asterisk (*) as a wildcard to search for documents.

Close current editor

Closes the currently selected document.

Close all open editors

Closes all currently open documents.

Save current editor

Saves the currently selected document.

Save all open editors

Saves all currently open documents.

Save as new document

Saves the currently selected document as a new document.

Save document as template

Saves the currently selected document as template.

Create report for documents

Opens the Create report dialog, where you can create reports to summarize the details and the results of an action that was executed on a document.

Attach PDF document by barcode to the associated document

Opens the Attach PDF by barcode dialog, where you can automatically attach a locally stored PLA 3.0 PDF report file to the respective document.

Move object(s)

Opens the Move selected objects dialog, where you can move documents or folders to a new location.

Copy object(s)

Opens the Copy selected objects dialog, where you can copy documents or folders from a source to a target folder.

Delete object(s)

Deletes the currently selected document or folder.

Refresh

Refreshes the displayed data.

Folder properties

Opens the Folder properties dialog, where you can restrict the content of folders to particular document types and to documents generated from particular document templates.

Document properties

Opens the Document properties dialog, where you can view general information such as the document type and creation date as well as details on signatures.

Export label for document as barcode

Opens the Document properties dialog, where you can generate barcode labels for your documents to organize your work environment.
