- Biological Assay Package
  Use the Biological Assay Package for potency analysis of biological assays. The add-on comes equipped with a highly flexible test system to qualify your assay. You can perform combination calculations to obtain a reportable value from independent assay runs and use historic assay data to develop equivalence margins.
- bioMérieux Endotoxin Detection Assay Package
  Use the bioMérieux Endotoxin Detection Assay Package add-on to perform endotoxin testing based on recombinant factor C (rFC), a synthetic alternative to naturally sourced reagents derived from horseshoe crabs, as offered by the bioMérieux company.

Margin development

Select the set of tests you want to use to develop margins.

About margin development

Margin development lets you define which statistical tests PLA 3.0 should use to develop equivalence margins for your test system. These margins define acceptable ranges for curve parameters and are calculated based on the data from development assays.

Only the tests you include here are later used in the test strategy configuration and for visualization. If you remove a test from this section, it will no longer be available for strategy definition or simulation-based confirmation.

You can develop equivalence margins for several test types, such as tests for parameter estimates, ANOVA terms, and point estimates or their confidence intervals. You can select and adjust the tests according to your assay and validation goals.
