Visualization

Visualization lets you get a better understanding of the behavior of the test strategies created through equivalence margin development.

About visualization

Visualization during equivalence margin development supports you in gaining a better understanding of your test strategy behavior and whether you need to make adjustments before applying it in production assays. For a given test system, the tool creates random assays that pass the test system, providing a visual confirmation of the test strategy behavior.

Use visualization to find curves that pass your test system. If there are curves that pass your test system that look like they should not, this can be an indicator that your test system is not strict enough. On the other hand, if all passing curves look similar, you can infer that you need to relax your test system if you would like to allow for more varied assays.

Important: 'Assay' in this case refers to curves defined by their parameters. The visualization does not simulate measurements. Therefore, tests that rely on individual observations in addition to curve parameters are not considered for visualization.
