Define the analytical settings

Configure the regression model, and define the statistical tests you require to prove the validity of your assay.

Before you begin

You have set up the assay elements.

Procedure

To define the analytical settings:
  1. In the Content editor, go to Analysis.
  2. Set up the regression model:
    1. In the list box, switch from 4-parameter logistic model to Linear model.
    2. As the Control for adjustment, select the 'Blank control: BLK' element.
To set up the statistical tests:
  1. Go to Analysis > Test system.
  2. Add the following tests. For this use case, you can keep the default upper and lower margins.
