Templates

The bioMérieux Endotoxin Detection Assay Package comes equipped with endotoxin detection assay templates, preconfigured with the analytical settings, test system, and assay layout required for the respective assay kit.

You can use these templates to import data using the Tecan Magellan™ Import Module for bioMérieux Endotoxin Detection Assays.

Note: You can also create your own templates or modify the preconfigured ones to match your requirements.

Implements the ENDOZYME® II GO method on a 96-well plate. The plate consists of 1 Standard (5 steps, 4-parameter logistic), 20 Test samples, 1 Blank control, and 1 PPC control. Validity is assessed by a test system respecting the fit model.

Implements the ENDOZYME® II GO STRIPS method on a 96-well plate with 2 strips. The plate consists of 1 Standard (4 steps, 4-parameter logistic), 5 Test samples, and 1 Blank control. Validity is assessed by a test system respecting the fit model.

06 ENDOZYME® II GO (5 steps, 4P logistic, 21 samples)

Implements the ENDOZYME® II GO method on a 96-well plate. Wells G1 to H2 are used to add a 21st sample to the plate.

07 Morning test

Uses a partial plate setup (ENDOZYME® II GO STRIPS with one strip) for testing the functionality of the assay. Parameters of the Standard fit and optimized gain are calculated for verification.

08 Uniformity test

Performs a uniformity test with the help of a single Standard sample step placed in the whole 96-well plate.

09 Gain optimization

Performs gain optimization. A single Standard sample step is placed in the six lower right wells (G10 to H12).
