Unweighted

Unweighted combination calculations assume that the assay results to be combined are independent, coming from a common normal distribution, and are using the same design and laboratory procedures.

When calculating the combined relative potency and its confidence interval, this method accounts for inter-assay variability only. All potency estimates are given equal weight.
