Heterogeneously weighted

Heterogeneously weighted combination calculations assume that the assay results to be combined are independent but heterogeneous such that there is significant variability due to different laboratory procedures.

When calculating the combined relative potency and its confidence interval, this method accounts for inter-assay and intra-assay variability.
