Example: Filter for test status

Set up a section filter for assay elements to aggregate data only from those assay elements in your source documents that passed the test.

From the six documents in the following example, only three passed the test. Therefore, PLA 3.0 aggregates data only from these three documents.

To set up this filter, in the Column: Section data table node of the Content editor of your target document, complete the following steps:
  • Add a Property filter element.
  • As the Property key, enter http://www.stegmannsystems.com/bioassay/testresult.
  • As the Term enter Passed.

To set up section filters, you use the elements under the Column: Section > Property filter node.

To aggregate data only from assay elements that passed the test, add a Property filter node, select 'http://www.stegmannsystems.com/bioassay/testresult' as the Property key, and enter 'Passed' as the Term.
