Upgrade all documents in a folder

Upgrade the structure of all documents in a folder (upgrade structures in folder) to comply with the latest add-on version.

Important: Structure upgrades cannot be reverted. To leave the original documents untouched, select the Upgrade copies of documents option.

Procedure

To upgrade all documents in a folder:
  1. In the Navigator, right-click the folder that contains the documents you want to upgrade.
  2. From the context menu, select Advanced > Upgrade structures in folder.
  3. In the Upgrade document structures dialog, set up the upgrade logic. For details on the available settings, see the Upgrade document structure topic.
  4. To start the upgrade process, select Proceed.
