Initial setup

Important: When running PLA 3.0 in an offline environment, we recommend you deactivate automatic internet access. In PLA 3.0, under System > Preferences > General, set Internet access to manual, or disable it. Otherwise, when starting, PLA 3.0 will try to connect to the internet, which can lead to a longer response time.
