Work with Task documents

Use the Content editor to create a task. A Task document needs a topic and a status, that is if the task is completed or not. Further details can be added optionally.

You can add elements by double-clicking the entries in the Creatable Elements column on the right. To edit an existing entry, double-click the element in the main window.

Assignee

The person who is assigned to do this task. By default, this is the user who creates this element. The name can be changed later.

Simplified Wiki notation

Some Text elements with an M symbol () support the use of a simple Wiki notation to provide formatting capabilities. Typically, these Text elements require formatting because they consists of several sentences, such as comments or journal entries. You can add a text with headlines and several lines.
