Use Note documents to provide a note related to the current database, project, or folder.

About this document type

Note documents are a flexible tool that you can use for a variety of purposes, such as creating and managing annotations, reminders, or internal comments. It is particularly useful for recording information related to assays, projects, or regulatory processes, ensuring collaboration and traceability throughout the PLA 3.0 workflow.

Tip: You can identify documents of this type by the icon in the upper right corner of the Content editor.

Document structure

In addition to an identifying name, Note documents come with an author, date, and time stamp. A note can have any number of topics.
