Equipment

Use Equipment documents to document the of type of equipment involved in the measurement process. Each document represents a single equipment.

Tip: Create Equipment documents for every relevant piece of equipment to document the equipment used in your measurement process.

About this document type

The equipment document can contain basic information about the equipment, for example, support contact and support cycles. A journal and a comment section are available.

Tip: You can identify documents of this type by the icon in the upper right corner of the Content editor.

Document structure

The section structure is hierarchical. The structure of an Equipment document is hierarchical:

  • Equipment: Root of the Equipment document
    • Contact details: Contact data associated with the equipment
    • Journal: Journal
    • Comment: Single comments
