Use large plates
New Cylinder plate assay (JP 4.02) documents have 5 plates (Petri dishes) with 4 observations per plate. If you work with large plates, you can adjust both the number of plates and the sets per plate.

Procedure
- In the Content editor, go to
- Select Sets per plate, and enter the number of sets that matches the setup of your experiment.
- Select Number of plates, and enter the number of plates that matches the setup of your experiment.
- Go to .
- Go to the position factor for the position (first Column: Position factor element) and expand it.
- For the Number of positions element, change the value to match the sets per plate you entered.
- Go to the position factor for the plate (second Column: Position factor element) and expand it.
- For the Number of positions element, change the value to match the number of plates you entered.
- Save the document.
