It provides full access to the functionality of PLA 3.0, with the following limitations:

You cannot print reports while using the trial.
You can deploy the PLA 3.0 trial version on local computers only, using a local SQLite database.

You can run PLA 3.0 trial version on any computer that meets the system requirements listed under System requirements.
