Filter tab

You can configure different filters for data acquisition from a Biacore™ file. A row will be imported if all filter conditions match. It is possible to define multiple allowed values for a column.

Column list

A list of columns and keys to filter which data should be acquired from the Biacore™ file.
Setting Description

Create

Opens the Filter definition window where you can create a new filter.

For every filter, you have to define the following settings:
  • Column name: The name of the column where the values have to match.
  • Values: The values defining if the filter matches.
Note:
You can configure up to ten different filters.

Edit

Opens the selected filter to change the settings.

Delete

Deletes the selected filter.

Column name

Lists the columns where the values have to match.

Values

Lists the values of the corresponding columns defining if the filter matches.

Filter example

In the following example, you have defined a filter with the following settings:

  • Column name: Baseline
  • Values: Yes
Now, only the 4 rows where the filter matches will be considered for data acquisition.

Note:
Adding No to the values would result in the filter matching every line. The data acquisition would import the same values as if there was no filter, except the empty lines are left out.
